EIFS Repairs and Exterior Restoration
EIFS replacement, façade waterproofing, and protective coating restoration for the City of Hampton Maritime Center.

Eastern Waterproofing & Restoration (EWR) performed a complete exterior façade repair and waterproofing at the Hampton Maritime Center.
The scope included:
Removal and replacement of damaged EIFS (Exterior Insulation and Finish System) panels;
Installation of new EIFS with drainage grooves for improved moisture management;
Application of polyurethane and sheet-applied waterproofing membranes on vertical and horizontal surfaces;
Flashing replacement and installation of compatible elastomeric sealants at all edges and control joints;
Metal railing system restoration, including fabrication, surface preparation, and reinstallation of powder-coated guardrails;
Fireproofing touch-ups and moisture-resistant gypsum board installation at soffits and ceilings.
All repairs were performed following the manufacturer’s system specifications and in compliance with architectural drawings and OSHA safety standards.
