This project involved the comprehensive restoration of the exterior envelope at Building 10 of the Independent Hill Complex in Manassas, Virginia.
Work included masonry repair, sealant replacement, waterproofing, façade cleaning, and structural reinforcement to improve long-term performance.
The project was part of the Prince William County Public Schools capital improvement program and focused on enhancing durability and weather protection while preserving architectural integrity.
